Jess joins us as an experienced senior family lawyer, technically proficient and trusted deeply by clients particularly in complex financial matters and preparing Binding Financial Agreements. Recognised for her clear, steady and strategic approach to resolving even the most complex family law matters, Jess brings with her a standout career that spans major legal markets including Canberra, Darwin and Melbourne. 

Jess has:

• Practised exclusively in family law for more than a decade
• Built and led a Darwin family law practice from the ground up
• Rose to become a Partner of a national family law firm in Melbourne
• Managed high-profile, sensitive and complex cases across the family law spectrum
• Achieved Family Law Specialist Accreditation through the Law Institute of Victoria

Her reputation is one of technical excellence, strong judgment and genuine care for the people she supports. Jess is deeply experienced in:

• complex parenting matters (including risk, relocation & safety concerns)
• financial agreements including pre-nups/Binding Financial Agreements
• property and financial disputes involving businesses, companies, trusts and high-net wealth separations
• child support agreements
• family and domestic violence cases.
